Refund Policy

 

1. Up to 30th August 2009 90%
2. Up to 30th September 2009 75%
3. Up to 31st October 2009 50%
4. After 31st October 2009 NIL

Note :

1. Refund will be made after 31st December 2009 by cheque only.
2. E-mail received for cancellation/refund will have to be supported by subsequent format written letter
3. Those who have intimated their non-participation in writing to the conference secretariat only will be considered for refund as applicable on the date of receipt of the letter
4. Incidental charges are not refundable

 

Trade Exhibition

 

As per convention, the trade exhibition is being organized during the conference. A large number of pharmaceutical companies and manufacturers of hospital and OT equipments/orthopaedic implants & instruments/Orthotic and Prosthetic aids/publishing houses/manufacturers of X-ray & IITV etc. are expected to display their products in these stalls. Best stall will be awarded and all exhibitors will be given a certificate of participation. Terms conditions provided trade brochure and available in the website www.ioacon2009.net. Trade delegates are encouraged to register themselves for the main conference. Only two Trade Badges will be issued per stalls with food coupon. Extra Package food/snacks services at the stalls can be arranged on payment.

 

Disclaimer

 

The organizing committee reserves the right to change venue and make changes in the program as necessary without prior notice. The committee also reserves the right to cancel the postpone the same in case of circumstances beyond its control. The organizers will be responsible and liable for any damage incurred by delegates, accompanying persons, trade exhibitors and volunteers etc.

 

Accommodation

 

Numbers of hotels ranging from budget, economy to luxury segments are available in the close proximity of the venue in the twin city - Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. Delegates can also stay at hotel in Puri, which is 1.15 hrs. drive from the venue. Registered delegates can book hotels by filling and mailing the request from attached with this brochure to the
